Chef Francois
Scheuermann is Swiss Canadian. He currently resides in
Westport Ontario, with his wife Allison and their four
children. His culinary training started at the age of 16, at
Le Montreux Palace, in Switzerland.
During his three year apprenticeship he
was trained in all areas of Traditional Cuisine. The hotels
many restaurants and eloquent banquet halls provided a great
foundation on which he could pursue his career.
In Canada, aside from marketing his seasoning, Francois has
worked in restaurants, hotels and wedding banquet facilities.
His expertise has brought him to do events combining 5 star
food with in home comfort, catering rehearsal dinners,
weddings and anniversaries, to simply putting meals in the
freezer for working families and seniors.
Chef Francois continually develops his art and taste for fine
food.
