Francois classic seasoning was originally designed for
personal consumption, and at the request of many friends and
family the decision was made to produce it in bulk. At first
ten kilos were mixed at one time being divided into little
bags for those that wanted to take the taste home. Soon
requests were coming in from friends of friends that also
wanted this exquisite taste for their own kitchen. This led to
the bottle and labeling 'Chef Francois Classic Seasoning'.
This pure spice blend was created for meats and poultry,
although the seasoning has found many more enjoyable
applications. These include soups, sauces, salad dressings,
stews, goulash and roast potatoes. All wild game hunters agree
that this classic seasoning is the best choice for their prize
